Cooking Instructions
Due to its unique, sweet flavor, this bacon should be cooked slowly and
watched closely. Cook bacon until browned, but not crisp as it may burn. Our
preferred cooking method is baking.
OVEN: Arrange bacon in single layer in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350°F
for 14 to 17 minutes or until done. If desired, turn bacon halfway through
cooking.
STOVETOP: Using heavy skillet, cook bacon over medium heat, turning frequently.
MICROWAVE: Arrange slices in single layer between paper towels in microwave-safe
dish. Microwave on HIGH (100% power) for 35 to 45 seconds per slice. If cooking
more than 4 slices, turn pan and rearrange slices halfway through cooking.
NOTE: Cooking times may vary depending on your microwave oven.
