Southwestern Sausage Soup

Ingredients

• 1 (1.25-lb.) pkg. Farmland® Special Select - Bratwurst Dinner Sausage
• 2 (15-oz.) cans great northern beans, drained
• 1 (16-oz.) can reduced-sodium chicken broth
• 1 cup thick and chunky picante sauce

Preparation

1. Slice sausage into 1/2-inch pieces and cook in a Dutch oven until meat is browned and no longer pink inside; drain.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

Serves 6-8
