1 (12-oz.) pkg. Farmland® Pork Sausage Links - Original
3 tablespoons flour
1 (12-oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 cup 2% milk
Salt and pepper to taste
6 buttermilk biscuits, warm
Preparation
In medium skillet, brown sausage over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Break links into small pieces with spatula while cooking.
Reduce heat to medium, stir in flour. Cook and stir 2 minutes.
Slowly whisk in evaporated milk and 2% milk. Continue cooking and stirring until desired thickness. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve gravy over warm biscuits.
