Sausage & Deviled Egg Sliders
These easy, tasty treats will make you the MVP of any picnic or party.
1 package of Farmland® Original Pork Sausage Roll
4 Hard Cooked eggs, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons of Fat Free Greek Yogurt or Light Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of Chopped Fresh Chives
1 tablespoon of Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon of Chili Sauce (like Siracha)
Fresh Cilantro Sprigs
8 soft Dinner Rolls, split horizontally
1. Slice thawed sausage roll into 12 thin patties and place in skillet. Cook over medium heat, turning to brown evenly, 12 to 18 minutes.
2. Combine chopped eggs, mayonnaise, chives, mustard, and chili sauce in large bowl.
3. Arrange cilantro sprigs on bottom halves of rolls. Top with sausage patties, egg salad, and crowns of rolls.
