Pork Roast with Orange Peppercorn Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1  Farmland® EXTRA-TENDERŪ Boneless Pork Loin - Center Cut, (2 to 3 lbs.)
  • crushed peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 cup orange juice

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 325°F. Sprinkle roast with crushed peppercorns. Place pork loin on rack in shallow roasting pan. Do not cover. Roast until internal temperature reaches 155°F.
  2. Reserve drippings and pour into small saucepan. Add butter, flour and mustard; blend well. Add orange juice and cook until sauce is thickened.
  3. Slice pork and arrange on serving platter. Drizzle with 1/4 cup sauce. Serve additional sauce separately.
