6 Farmland® Frozen Pork Sausage Links
1 cup of chopped Bell Pepper
1 cup of diced Zucchini Squash
1/2 cup of chopped Onion
2 teaspoons of Butter or Margarine
6 Eggs, beaten
1 cup (4 oz.) of shredded Reduced Fat Pepper Jack Cheese
1/2 cup of Mmilk
1 cup of Salsa
1. Cook thawed sausage links in skillet over medium-high heat for 7 to 12 minutes, turning frequently to brown evenly.
2. Heat oven to 375°F. In ovenproof 9- or 10-inch skillet, sauté vegetables in butter until tender-crisp. Turn off heat and spread vegetables evenly over bottom of skillet.
3. Mix together eggs, cheese and milk; pour into skillet. Arrange sausage links in wagon wheel pattern, making sure to push links down into egg mixture.
4. Bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Top with salsa to serve.
