Hot Bacon Spinach 'N Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 (16-oz.) pkg Farmland® Lower Sodium Bacon
  • 2 (13.75-oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise, or salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded asiago cheese
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded pepper-jack cheese

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Cook spinach according to package directions. Let stand 10 minutes; squeeze dry using paper towels.
  2. Cut bacon into 1/2-inch pieces. Cook in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain.
  3. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup bacon pieces.
  4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Serves Makes 5 cups
