3 tablespoons sliced green onion(s)
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
9 egg(s)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon black pepper


  1. Heat oven to 325°F. Layer ham, green onions and cheese in greased 9-inch square baking dish.
  2. Beat together eggs, milk, sour cream and pepper; pour over ham and cheese. Bake at 325°F. for 50 to 55 minutes until eggs are set and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
