Grilled Smoked Sausage Kabobs
Ingredients
- 8 long wooden kabob skewers
- 1 (10-oz.) pkg. Farmland® ALL NATURAL* Smoked Sausage Rope, cut into 1-inch slices
- 2 larg bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 small yellow summer squash, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1 small zucchini squash, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 4 green onion(s), cut into 2-inch pieces
- olive oil
Preparation
- Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium. Soak kabob skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
- Alternately thread sausage and vegetables onto wooden skewers. Brush olive oil onto skewers. Cook on grill until sausage reaches 160°F., turning every 5 minutes.
