Grilled Smoked Sausage Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 8 long wooden kabob skewers
  • 1 (10-oz.) pkg. Farmland® ALL NATURAL* Smoked Sausage Rope, cut into 1-inch slices
  • 2 larg bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 small yellow summer squash, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1 small zucchini squash, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 4 green onion(s), cut into 2-inch pieces
  • olive oil

Preparation

  1. Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium. Soak kabob skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Alternately thread sausage and vegetables onto wooden skewers. Brush olive oil onto skewers. Cook on grill until sausage reaches 160°F., turning every 5 minutes.

Serves 4
