Easy Tex-Mex Barbecue Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper
  • 2 packages  Farmland® EXTRA-TENDER® Pork Loin Ribs, (approx. 4 lbs.)

Preparation

  1. Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium. Combine catsup, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard and red pepper in saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Remove half of sauce and set aside to serve with ribs.
  2. Place ribs over medium-hot coals. Cover and grill 10 minutes. Baste with sauce and continue grilling, uncovered, basting and turning every few minutes. Grill an additional 20 minutes or until cooked through. Serve reserved sauce with ribs.
