Brat Bites
This appetizer brews up big flavor thanks to Farmland Boulevard Beer Brats.
Prep Time5 mins.
1 (8-oz.) of Refrigerated Crescent Roll Dough
1 (19-oz.) package of Farmland® Boulevard Beer Brats, cooked
1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon of Boulevard Beer, divided
Steak Seasoning
1 (8-oz.) jar of Country Dijon Mustard
3 tablespoons of Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon of Sriracha Sauce
1. Heat oven to 375° F. Separate crescent roll triangles and cut each lengthwise into 2 long triangles. Cut cooked brats into thirds.
2. Place 1 brat onto fat end of a crescent triangle; roll up and place point side down on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining brats and crescents (will be an extra crescent). Using 1 tablespoon of beer, brush tops of crescents; sprinkle with steak seasoning. Bake at 375° F for 12 to 15 minutes until dough is golden brown and brats are hot.
3. Meanwhile, combine ¼ cup mustard with remaining ½ cup beer in small saucepan. Cook and stir over medium-high heat until boiling; continue cooking and stirring until texture of jarred mustard. Remove from heat; stir in remaining jar of mustard, sugar and sriracha sauce. Let stand at room temperature to use as dip for brat bites.
