Bleu Applewood Bacon Cheese Dip
Sweet apple, tangy bleu cheese and crisp bacon make for a dip guests will adore.

2 (8-oz.) package of Cream Cheese, softened
2 cups (8 oz.) of Crumbled Bleu Cheese
1 cup of toasted Walnuts, chopped
1 (2.1-oz.) package of Thick Slice Applewood Smoked Bacon, chopped
1/2 cup of shredded Apple
2 tablespoons of chopped Fresh Chives
1 teaspoon of minced Garlic
1. Heat oven to 400°F. Beat together all ingredients until well blended. Spread into greased 2-quart casserole dish.
2. Bake at 400°F. for 15 to 20 minutes until heated through. Serve with assorted crackers, bread or tortilla chips.
