Black & Blue Pork Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh Farmland® Ground Pork
  • 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • coarse ground black pepper
  • 4 onion sandwich buns, toasted

Preparation

  1. Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium. Combine all ingredients except pepper; mix well.
  2. Shape into four 1-inch thick patties. Sprinkle pepper onto both sides of burgers and lightly press into meat.
  3. Grill burgers approximately 15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F., turning every 5 minutes. Serve on toasted onion buns with desired toppers.
