BBQ Bacon Wrapped Shrimp
Smoky bacon and juicy shrimp star in our version of surf and turf.
Prep Time: 5 mins.
1 pound of Jumbo Shrimp (11 – 15 ct.)
1 teaspoon of Barbecue Seasoning Blend
6-8 slices of Farmland® Classic Cut Bacon, cut in half
1. Shell shrimp leaving tail intact. Make a shallow cut lengthwise down the back of each shrimp; wash out and de-vein. Dry shrimp and gently toss with barbecue seasoning.
2. Wrap each shrimp with a half-slice of bacon and coat with BBQ sauce; place on greased rack on broiler pan. Broil shrimp 4 to 5 minutes per side or until bacon is crispy.
3. Serve with your favorite barbecue sauce for dipping.
