Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms

12 slices of Hickory Smoked Bacon cut into 1-inch pieces
24 fresh Crimini (Baby Portabella) Mushrooms
1/2 cup of Dry Red Wine
8 oz. of Cream Cheese, room temperature
8 oz. of Goat Cheese
1/2 cup of finely chopped Walnuts
1/4 cup of sliced Green Onions
1 tablespoon of chopped Fresh Parsley
1 teaspoon of finely minced Fresh Rosemary
1 teaspoon of minced Garlic
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Cook bacon over medium-high heat until crisp; drain.
2. Remove and dice mushroom stems. Place mushroom caps on baking sheet, top side down. Pour wine into bottom of baking sheet.
3. Combine all remaining ingredients along with diced mushroom stems and drained bacon; mix until well combined.
4. Place large spoonful of cheese mixture into top of each mushroom. Bake at 350°F. for 20 minutes.
