1 (19-oz.) pkg. Farmland® Boulevard Beer Brats, any flavor
3 (12-oz.) bottles Boulevard Beer (flavor to match brats), divided
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey mustard
2 teaspoons BBQ seasoning blend
- Poke each brat with a fork 3 times; place in deep skillet. Reserve ½ cup beer for glaze; pour remaining beer over brats. Heat to boiling on high; reduce heat and simmer about 15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160oF., turning occasionally.
- Meanwhile, heat oven to 425oF. Combine brown sugar, reserved ½ cup beer, honey mustard and BBQ seasoning blend in small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently; boil 2 minutes.
- Cut each brat into 3 equal-sized pieces. Wrap each with half slice of bacon; secure with wooden pick and place in 11x7-inch baking pan. Bake at 425oF. for 15 to 20 minutes until bacon in browned and crisp.
- Carefully grab each brat bite using the wooden pick and dip into honey mustard glaze. Return to baking pan and place in oven for 5 minutes. Serve with remaining glaze for dipping.
