Bacon & Bean Bundles

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 -oz.) pkg. Farmland® Hickory Smoked Bacon
  • 2 (16-oz.) cans  green beans, whole, drained
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Cut bacon slices in half. Fry until cooked, but not crisp; drain well.
  2. Wrap each half slice of bacon around about 5 beans. Arrange bundles in a 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
  3. Combine brown sugar, melted butter and garlic; pour mixture over bundles. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F. for 30 to 40 minutes or until bacon is crisp.

Serves 8-10
