6 Minute Bacon Bowl Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 slice bread, torn into 1-inch pieces
  • 3 slices Farmland® Fully-Cooked Bacon - Hickory, torn into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons shredded cheese
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • sliced green onion(s)

Preparation

  1. Combine bread, bacon, egg and milk in 6-inch microwave-safe cereal bowl; mix well.
  2. Sprinkle cheese, salt, pepper and green onion over top of egg mixture. Cover loosely with plastic wrap.
  3. Microwave on MEDIUM (50% power) for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes until eggs are set. Let stand 1 minute before serving.
