Cooking Instructions
Heat brats until the internal temperature registers 165°F. or until no longer pink inside. Cooking times are estimates and may vary slightly.
GRILL: Grill brats over medium-high heat 15 to 20 minutes, turning frequently.
STOVETOP: Cook brats in medium skillet over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes or until well browned, turning frequently. Reduce heat to low, add 1/4 cup water, cover and continue cooking 5 to 10 minutes.
For best results, microwave preparation is not recommended.
