STOVETOP: Place sausage pieces in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook 5 to 7 minutes, turning frequently to brown evenly. Reduce heat to low. Add ½ cup water. Cover and cook 13 to 15 minutes.
GRILL: Place sausage pieces on preheated grill over medium heat. Grill 14 to 17 minutes, turning frequently.
MICROWAVE: Place sausage pieces in circular fashion on microwave-safe plate. Add 2 tablespoons water. Cover with plastic wrap; poke 2 or 3 holes in plastic to vent.
