Cook brats until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Brats should be browned and no longer pink inside. For best results, microwave preparation is not recommended.
For even better results, serve with a glass of cold, refreshing Boulevard Pale Ale.
GRILL: Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium high. Grill brats 10 to 15 minutes, turning frequently.
STOVETOP: Cook brats in nonstick coated skillet over medium-high heat for 10 to 15 minutes until well browned, turning frequently. Add ½ cup water to skillet; reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
Hold at or below 0°F once frozen
