Deep Basted by addition of up to 12% of a solution of water, potassium lactate, dextrose, sodium phosphates and salt.

Cooking Instructions
Thaw Bacon-Wrapped Pork Filets in refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours before cooking.
Grill: Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium-high. Grill pork filets 13 to 18 minutes, turning every 5 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 150°F. to 155°F.
Stovetop: Heat 1 tablespoon oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Brown pork filets, approximately 1 minute per side. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and continue to cook 9 to 12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 150°F. to 155°F., turning occasionally.
Broil: Place pork filets on rack in shallow roasting pan. Broil, 4 to 6 inches from heat, for 13 to 18 minutes, turning occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 150°F. to 155°F.
Note: Remove plastic pin holding bacon around pork filet before serving. Pin will not melt during cooking.
