Cooking Instructions
Cook Farmland ALL NATURAL (Simply Natural) Fresh Pork to an internal end temperature of 150°F. when measured in the thickest part of the meat. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing. Pork may be slightly pink in the center. Note: Cook pork to 190°F. when making pulled/shredded pork.
Oven: Heat oven to 425°F. Place pork in shallow roasting pan. Roast 16 to 21 minutes per pound until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Grill: Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium. Grill tenderloin 18 to 30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
